Welcome

The Conference

We invite you to join us at the 33rd edition of Dynamics Days Europe, a major international conference with a long-standing tradition in nonlinear dynamics. This 33rd event will be hosted by the Center for Biomedical Technology and will take place in Campus de Montegancedo, Madrid, Spain.

The Conference Hall will be sited at the Building 1 of the Computer Science School in the Campus of Montegancedo (Pozuelo de Alarcón), which is 15 km from the center of Madrid. A bus service from the official hotels (apart from the public transport) will guarantee connections between the city and the place of the Conference.

The Technical University of Madrid

The Technical University of Madrid (UPM) celebrated its 25th anniversary in 1996, although the majority of its centres are over hundreds of years old and were founded in the 18th and 19th centuries. Each of them maintained its independence until being grouped together to form the UPM. It is no exaggeration to state that over one and a half century great part of the history of Spanish technology has been written by the Schools of Architecture and Engineering. Along decades, the majority of the important personalities in the area of teaching and research have been memebers, as students or lecturers, of different centers of the UPM.

The Center for Biomedical Technology

The Center for Biomedical Technology is a research and technology center of the UPM that brings together researchers from different disciplines on biomedical technologies, in collaboration with other external institutions, in order to:

  • Address major challenges that scientists are facing today in Biomedicine and Health and whose success requires a stable and interdisciplinary collaboration, including both basic and translational research.
  • Facilitate the development of biomedical technology to be handed over to industry.
  • Create an environment conducive to the training of new researchers and professionals in this field.
  •

    Funding and sponsoring
